The Programme has eight topics to listen to. Each has a tutorial and a guided meditation lasting between 5 and 15 minutes.

Go through them as fast or as slowly as you like.

You will be taken back over the meditations to embed the skills and habits to make them as effective as possible.

The more times you listen to them, the greater the benefit, and the more effectively you will reduce your anxiety.

This embed phase will change the way you react – consciously and unconsciously. This is where the value is delivered.

Focus exclusively on listening through the eight topics. You can then make your own positive decision to enhance and embed these skill and habits.

Listen to the sessions, concentrate on them, especially the meditations, without distractions or interruptions.

Find a regular quiet place
and regular time to listen.

Put your phone into airplane
mode for ten minutes or so,
and enjoy the calm. Relax
and build your resilience.
